How to distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of floating boards
Dec 02,2024
1. It is difficult to flatten when pressed. High quality floating boards have a low foaming coefficient and appear very thick to the touch, while low-quality floating boards have a very high foaming coefficient and large material pores, making them very easy to flatten. If the foaming coefficient of the same EVA material doubles, the output quantity will also double accordingly.
2. Whether the surface is treated with concave convex particles. High quality floating boards are usually treated with anti slip to prevent them from falling off when grasped in water.
3. Use nail buckles to create the pattern on the floating board. High quality floating boards have ink costs three to four times higher than inferior ones, with strong ink adhesion and thick ink layers that are not easily scraped off. Poor quality floating boards have poor ink adhesion and thinner ink layers.
4. Feel the softness of the floating board. Poor quality floating boards use recycled materials with low hardness, while high-quality floating boards use brand new materials with higher hardness.
